(c) Be computer literate (d) Have no previous criminal record and must not be under criminal investigation by any law enforcement agencies. (e) Possess a valid full or provisional driving license for automatic or manual vehicles. (f) Holders of learner’s permit shall also be considered. (g) Be able to swim. (h) Physically fit. (i) Aged between 18 – 28 years old.
